مقلاة/شواية من الحديد الزهر قابلة للقلب مقاس 19 × 9.5 بوصة ومتبلة مسبقًا

The reversible surface is a game-changer for my tiny kitchen—flip it over and I've got a griddle for pancakes right after searing fish. Heat stays remarkably steady across the whole 19-inch span, and the natural seasoning has held up through daily use without flaking.

Finally got the seasoning right on this griddle after a few uses, and pancakes slide off it like they’re on ice. The reversible side for grilling fish means I don’t have to own two pans, and cleanup is just a quick scrape and wipe.

This thing holds heat like a champ; I seared a whole fish on the griddle side and it never even flinched. Flipped it over for pancakes the next morning and they came out perfectly golden without any sticking.
