The cool fermentation really comes through—it’s bright and zesty without any of that buttery heaviness. Poured a glass after work and the green highlights in the glass were just beautiful.

Crisp and clean with that pale yellow-green tint you'd expect from a stainless steel ferment—the cool fermentation really keeps the fruit bright. Poured a glass for dinner and it disappeared way too fast at 12.5% ABV. Exactly the kind of easy-drinking white I'll grab again.

Opened this expecting another buttery chardonnay but it's remarkably clean and crisp, that stainless steel aging really lets the fruit shine. Poured a beautiful green-tinted glass that vanished way too fast with dinner, at 12.5% it's dangerously easy to keep sipping.
