I was a bit worried about how the block print would look once the lamp was on, but the light really does make the pattern come alive in a way that's totally different from just seeing it off. It casts a warm, almost textured glow in the room.

The hexagon shape casts such a lovely pattern on the wall when the lamp’s on, and the block print in that perriwig colour is even richer in person. I keep catching myself staring at it from across the room.

The block print really does glow when the lamp's on—the check pattern looks hand-done up close, which I love. Took a star off because the shade is a bit smaller than I pictured for my table lamp, but the perriwig color is gorgeous.
