The five distillations really show—this is dangerously smooth for something you could sip straight, though I’ve been enjoying it over ice with a squeeze of extra lime. That raspberry note comes through clean on the finish without any harsh burn.
The copper pot distillation really comes through—it's silky smooth even when I sip it straight over a single ice cube. Tossed it with a splash of soda and lime, and the raspberry note stayed bright without turning syrupy. Definitely my new go-to for a quick Friday night drink.
The raspberry and lime is balanced perfectly—not syrupy sweet, just a clean, bright kick that makes it dangerously easy to sip neat. I've been mixing it with a splash of tonic and a lime wheel, and it's become my go-to summer pour.
