The cold-pressed quality really comes through—it’s smooth and not as bitter as cheaper versions I’ve tried. I’ve been adding a teaspoon to my morning smoothie for two weeks now and the bottle’s still easy to pour without any mess.
Took it daily for a month and my skin feels noticeably calmer, plus the omega 6 and 9 ratio is a nice bonus. The 250ml bottle lasts a while, though the oil has a strong earthy taste I have to mix into smoothies.
The cold-pressed process really shows—this oil has that rich, peppery kick I look for in black seed oil, and the 250ml bottle lasts me ages. The Omega 6 and 9 blend is a nice bonus too, and I just keep it in the cupboard as the label advises.
