The powder dissolves almost instantly in my shaker with no clumps, which makes it easy to sip during a workout. I’ve noticed my legs recover faster the day after leg day, and 100 servings means I won’t be reordering for a while.

Stirred a scoop into cold water and it dissolved completely in seconds, no chalky clumps at all. I've noticed my legs recover noticeably faster the morning after leg day since I started taking it. This is exactly what I needed.

Took a full scoop with my pre-workout shake and it mixed clean with zero chalky grit, which is rare for unflavored BCAAs. I’m three weeks in and recovery between heavy squat days feels noticeably quicker. Only wish the tub had a scoop inside, but the powder’s quality makes up for it.
