The lifelike anatomy is what sold me and it genuinely holds up in use, way better than the generic sleeves I've tried. Cleaning takes a bit of effort but that's true of any decent one.

The texture is honestly incredible—those internal ridges feel way more realistic than I was bracing for, and it’s held up perfectly through a dozen uses without any tearing. Cleanup’s still a bit of a chore, but the lifelike tightness makes it worth every minute.

Took a chance on this based on the lifelike anatomy claim, and wow, it actually delivers—the internal detail feels incredibly realistic from the first stroke. Cleanup takes a bit of effort with the sleeve, but the sensation makes it worth every minute.
