كالم مود+ هابي زعفران ومغنيسيوم جلايسينات، 90 كبسولة نباتية

I’ve been taking these about three weeks now and the saffron plus magnesium glycinate combo really seems to steady my mood without any jitters. The vegan capsules are easy on my stomach, which is a big plus since I’m sensitive to a lot of supplements. Glad I gave them a shot.

The capsules are tiny and easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I usually gag on bigger pills. I've noticed my mood feels more steady by mid-afternoon, and the magnesium glycinate definitely doesn't upset my stomach like other forms have.

Three weeks in and I'm genuinely impressed with how steady my mood has felt—the saffron extract seems to be doing its job. The magnesium glycinate is a nice bonus too, and the vegan capsules are easy to swallow, no aftertaste.
