I’ve tried a lot of matcha over the years, but this one’s pure Japanese origin really comes through in the color—a vivid, bright green that tells you it’s fresh. Whisking it up takes seconds and the taste is smooth without any bitterness, even straight with water. Definitely my new morning staple.

The froth is unbelievably smooth and creamy even with just a whisk, no clumps at all. I've tried other ceremonial grade powders before and this one tastes noticeably less bitter, which matters since I drink it straight every morning. The subscription discount is a nice touch too.
