Opened this after Sunday's roast and the south-facing sun really comes through in the glass, that intense black-fruit nose is no joke. It's a proper Saint-Émilion satellite with plenty of Merlot richness, but the Cabernet keeps it lively. Already went back for a second pour.

That 80/20 Merlot-Cabernet ratio really shows in the glass — the black fruit nose carries straight through to a smooth, velvety finish that stayed with me long after the last sip. Perfect for a quiet evening when you want something serious but not heavy.

Opened it last night with dinner and that intense black fruit nose hit me right away, the Merlot richness is really forward. Sipped it over an hour and it stayed smooth, no harsh bite. Will buy again.
