سكين الشيف 8 بوصة | إصدار Game of Thrones™ | House Lannister™ | Dalstrong ©

The Lannister lion etching on the blade is actually stunning in person, and the weight feels perfectly balanced for a full day of prep. I’ve been using it for everything from slicing tomatoes to breaking down a chicken, and it hasn’t lost its edge yet.

This blade is absurdly sharp right out of the box, and the weight feels perfectly balanced for serious prep work. I was honestly surprised at how well it holds its edge after chopping through a whole batch of vegetables and herbs. The Lannister lion etching is a nice touch, but I bought this to use,

I’ve been using it daily for two weeks and the edge still feels razor-sharp, which surprised me given how much detail went into the handle design. The heft is balanced just right, so it feels like a serious tool rather than a shelf piece.
