Chickpea Penne 250g

I've been trying to eat more plant-based protein and this chickpea penne actually fits the bill without tasting like health food. It cooks up in just a few minutes and holds sauce really well.

I was skeptical about grain-free pasta but this penne actually holds its shape and doesn't turn to mush. It cooks in just a few minutes and the texture is firm enough for a hearty sauce. The protein boost is a nice bonus for meatless dinners.

Cooks in about 6 minutes and holds its shape way better than regular wheat penne. Only gripe is the texture gets a little grainy if you don't salt the water enough.
