I wasn't expecting the fabric to feel this soft, almost like touching a cloud. The heart-shaped zipper pull is honestly my favorite part, and it glides smoothly every time I open it to grab my keys.

The pouch is cute and the heart zipper pull is a nice touch, but it's smaller than I pictured so it barely fits my earbuds and a lip balm. The cloud-like fabric feels soft, though the zipper sticks a bit near the corner.
