كونت باسي، مهرجان نيوبورت لموسيقى الجاز، 1955 (CTB01)

Got this framed for my dad’s study, and the 1955 Newport shot is pure history—you can almost hear the piano. The black-and-white print has such crisp detail on the stage lights that it feels like a time capsule. It arrived well-packaged and looks even better in person than on screen.

The black-and-white staging of Basie mid-performance pulls you right into that 1955 Newport night, the piano bench and his posture almost audible in the stillness. It's a striking piece of music history that looks even better in person than on screen.

The grain and contrast in this print perfectly capture the energy of that Newport stage, it's like you can hear the band. Frame arrived carefully packed and the paper has a nice matte finish that doesn't glare under light. A must for any jazz fan's wall.
