Dave Grohl, Los Angeles, 2018

Didn't expect a backstage shot to hit this hard, but the concentration on his face mid-session says more than any stage photo could. Hung it above my desk and the black-and-white contrast still pulls me in every time.

The black-and-white tones give it a timeless quality that fits perfectly above my desk. You can almost feel the quiet intensity of that backstage moment before the music starts.

The concentration on his face in this shot is unreal, you can almost feel the room going quiet. Printed black and white, the contrast holds up great even in a cheap frame.
