We bought two for our reading corner and the proportions are just right — the seat depth lets me curl up with a book for hours without my legs going numb. The upholstery feels substantial, not that thin stuff you find on cheaper chairs. Genuinely the most comfortable seat in the house now.

The curve of the backrest hits right at the shoulder blades, which is where most chairs leave me slouching. I've moved it between my reading corner and the living room twice now and it looks intentional in both spots.

Sat in this for a full afternoon of reading and my lower back never once complained, which says a lot since I usually fidget after an hour. The proportions are spot on too, it doesn't swallow you up like some oversized lounge chairs do.
