The acidity hits exactly as described—bright and clean, and that yellow kiwi note lingers well after each sip. Brewed a pour-over this morning and the cup stayed luminous from first taste to last.
The jasmine and rose on the nose are so pronounced it’s like brewing a bouquet, yet the cup itself stays delicate and never heavy. That yellow kiwi note in the finish is a wild surprise I keep chasing sip after sip.
The acidity is exactly what I look for—bright and integrated, not sharp—and that yellow kiwi note lingers long after each sip. The jasmine and rose aroma is there but it's the clarity of the cup that really stands out.
