GLUTEN FREE CHESTNUT FLOUR 350g

I've been baking gluten free for years and this chestnut flour finally gave my pancakes a texture that doesn't crumble apart. The 350g bag goes fast though, so I'm already ordering two more.

Swapped this in for regular flour in my pancake recipe and the nutty sweetness is honestly better than I expected. It's a bit thirstier than wheat flour so I add extra milk, but the texture comes out great.

The texture is finer than other nut flours I've tried, which makes it blend into batters without grit. It does have that sweet, nutty taste the description mentions, so it's best for recipes where that flavor complements, not clashes. Just mind the moisture level since it absorbs liquid differently
