HARISSA CHILLI RELISH 125g

I spread this on a flatbread with some grilled veg and it turned a plain dinner into something properly exciting - that fiery red colour is no joke, the heat builds nicely without scorching your mouth. A little jar goes a long way too, which is lucky because I’ll be reaching for this every week now.

The fragrance hits you the second you twist the lid—smoky and deep, not just heat for heat’s sake. I’ve been spooning it into scrambled eggs and it wakes everything up without overpowering.

I spread it thin on a cheese toastie and the fragrant aroma filled the whole kitchen before I even took a bite. Even a small spoonful goes a long way if you want flavour without the burn.
