This clip has survived daily wear for three months and still snaps shut like day one. The 1/2-inch size grips my fine hair without slipping, which is rare for a metal-free clip.

The cellulose acetate has a nice weight to it, not flimsy like the plastic clips I've had before. It holds my thick hair all day without slipping, and the 2-inch size is perfect for a half-up style.

The acetate has a lovely weight to it and the marbled swirl looks even nicer in person than online. Only thing is the 2-inch size is a bit small for my thick hair, so it slides unless I section it first. Still holding up great after a month of near-daily use.
