The icy flavor is seriously refreshing mid-workout, and the packets are small enough to toss in my gym bag without taking up space. I’ve been using one before my runs and it gives me that clean energy boost without any jittery crash, plus the immune support is a nice bonus for the colder months.
Took these on a weekend hike and the portability is perfect—each packet slips right into a pocket. The white freeze flavor is genuinely refreshing without that chalky aftertaste I've had with other mixes.
The icy flavor hits hard and makes me actually look forward to hydrating mid-run. I tossed a packet in my gym bag and it dissolved instantly in my water bottle, no clumps at all. These seven little sachets are now a staple for my weekend long rides.
