Jerry Garcia, Grateful Dead, 1977

I was at a Dead show around that era, and this print brings me right back to the feeling in the room. You can see the focus in his hands on the acoustic guitar, and the lighting makes the whole shot feel alive. It’s a great conversation piece on my wall now.

The black-and-white finish really captures the raw emotion of that 1977 performance. It’s been hanging in my living room for a week now and I catch myself just staring at the intensity in Jerry’s expression.

The contrast on this print really makes Garcia’s expression pop—you can almost hear the acoustic set. It arrived well-packaged and is a solid addition to any Deadhead’s wall, though I wish the frame was included for the price.
