John Lennon, NYC, 1974

The black-and-white grain and casual posture make it feel like a genuine slice of 1974, not a staged promo shot. The print arrived flat and undamaged, and the paper has a nice matte finish that doesn’t glare under glass. It’s a solid pick if you want a piece of music history that isn’t overly polish

I framed this and it’s the centerpiece of my hallway—the way the light catches the Liberty torch in the background makes John’s silhouette pop. The print quality is sharp, with no glare on the matte finish.

The grain in this Bob Gruen print gives it such a classic rock feel, and the way Lennon's looking off into the distance with the Statue of Liberty behind him makes it feel like a real moment frozen in time. It's already the focal point of my living room.
