مشروب ترطيب كامل

Finally an electrolyte drink that doesn't taste like chalky medicine – this one mixes up clear and smooth, no clumps. I’ve been using it after longer runs and the hydration hit feels noticeably quicker than the supermarket stuff I used to buy. The pouch is huge too, so it lasts me a good few weeks.

The resealable pouch is a lifesaver for my gym bag, and the mix itself has zero chalky aftertaste. I've swapped my usual post-run drink for this and my recovery feels noticeably smoother.

The powder dissolves quickly in water, leaving no gritty bits at the bottom, which is my biggest pet peeve with other hydration mixes. I've been using it for my longer runs and it genuinely keeps me going without that heavy, syrupy feeling.
