Dialed the CCT to 4000K in my basement workshop and the light is clean and even, no weird flicker at all. Swapped these into my garage ceiling and the adjustable wattage saved me — I ran them lower than my old fixtures and still got plenty of light. The 3500K setting is warm enough that it doesn't feel like a dentist's office in there. Two months in, no flicker at all.

The 1-10V dimming works flawlessly with my existing controls, and the 120° beam really spreads light evenly across my workshop. Cranked them up to 6500K for detail work and the high CRI makes colors pop like daylight. Solid buy for the price.
