LUCKY STARS 250g

I grabbed these for a quick protein-packed snack between meetings, and the 250g bag has been lasting way longer than I expected. The organic stars are surprisingly filling for their size, and I love that I can toss them into a salad for some extra crunch.

The stars hold their shape even after simmering in soup, which is more than I can say for most pasta. A solid source of fibre and protein for a quick lunch, and the 250g bag lasted me a good few meals.

Grabbed the 250g bag on a whim and now it’s a permanent fixture in my snack drawer. The fibre and protein really do the job for a mid-afternoon energy boost.
