Dual bay setup means I can swap out one battery while the other's on the charger, so there's always juice ready for the next job. The charging speed is solid for a commercial unit, and it handles both packs without any overheating fuss.

Two batteries both topped off in about the time it took me to finish one job's worth of cleanup. The dual bays don't argue about which pack goes first, they just work in parallel. Solid enough to survive getting knocked around in my truck bed.
