The Vibram outsole gives me real confidence on wet pavement and gravel alike, and the mid-cut height hits that sweet spot between boot and shoe. Broke in quicker than I expected, and the bark sole contrasts nicely with the navy upper.
The peacoat navy color is even richer in person than it looked on screen, and the mid-cut height hits just right over my jeans. Wore them through a rainy weekend of errands and the bark-colored outsole kept me steady on wet pavement without a single slip.
