Lit it for the first time last night and the oakmoss really rounds out the patchouli in a way I didn't expect—much softer and more grounded than straight patchouli. Burned evenly for a solid few hours, and the scent filled the whole living room without being overwhelming.

The patchouli is what sold me — it's smooth and almost syrupy rather than that sharp, dusty patchouli you get in cheaper candles. Burned it for three hours last night and the whole living room still smelled faintly of it this morning, which never happens with my other candles.

The oakmoss keeps this from being just another heavy patchouli candle — it's earthy and warm without going sharp. Burned it for about three hours the first night and the scent carried into the hallway, which never happens with my other candles.
