زيت حبة البركة المعصور على البارد مع فيتامين د3، ك2، وهـ

Three weeks in and my knees have stopped that annoying creaking sound when I stand up, which is a huge win for me. The oil itself has a strong, earthy taste but the addition of vitamins D3 and K2 makes it feel like a complete daily health boost.

The dropper makes it easy to get the right dose, and I love that the vitamins are already mixed in—no need for extra pills. My joints feel noticeably less stiff in the mornings since I started this a few weeks back.

I’ve been taking this blend for about three weeks now and honestly the cold-pressed oil tastes way milder than the black seed oil I’ve tried before, so it’s easy to stick with daily. The added D3 and K2 make it feel like a solid all-in-one for my bones and immune system, no need for extra pills.
