Neon Lights Stretch Bracelet 3 Pack

Wore the green one to a concert last weekend and it stretched right over my wrist without feeling tight. The colors really pop under blacklight, which I wasn't expecting from a three-pack at this price.

Bought these for my daughter's birthday party and all three bracelets stretched to fit everyone from my 6-year-old to my husband's wrist. The neon colors are way more vibrant in person than I expected from the photos.
