The alpine floral scent is so delicate it feels like I’m sipping a mountain breeze, and even over ice the color stays that vivid, almost electric green. I’ve been making a cold brew with it every afternoon since the tin arrived—it’s become my little ritual.

The vivid green color is honestly stunning over ice, and that alpine floral note carries through every sip without ever turning bitter. I’ve tried a lot of summer matchas, but this one’s fragrance is in a league of its own.

I brewed this iced the first time and that alpine floral scent hit me right as I poured — it's like drinking a cool mountain breeze. The flavor stays clean and smooth even after the ice melts, which is rare for a summer tea.
