No.12 Cast Iron Skillet Lid

The grapeseed oil seasoning gives it a smooth, almost non-stick feel right out of the box, and it fits my skillet like a glove. I've been using it for stovetop braises and it holds heat beautifully without any warping.

Used it on the stovetop for a braise and then straight into the oven; the fit on the pan is absolutely perfect, no wobble. The seasoning really holds up to high heat without any smoke or flaking, which I wasn't expecting from a lid.

The grapeseed oil seasoning gives it a nice, even finish that already looks like it's been in my kitchen for years. It's heavy enough to trap heat well but the handle is easy to grip. Been using it for searing and it handles high heat without any issues.
