The dark chocolate cookie pairs perfectly with that sweet, creamy blueberry filling—tastes just like a frozen treat. These are dangerously easy to finish in one sitting, which is fine because the Pokemon design on the package is a fun bonus.

The blueberry ice cream flavor is surprisingly authentic, and the cookies stayed perfectly crisp even after a few days. My kid loved finding the Pokemon designs on each cookie, which made snack time way more fun.
