The leather on this thing is thick and smells amazing right out of the box. I fit my chef's knife, paring knife, honing rod, and thermometer in the four pockets without anything rattling around. Finally stopped lugging my knives in a rolled towel.

Didn't realize how much I needed four separate pockets until I fit my chef's knife, paring knife, honing rod and shears all in one bag without them clanking together. The leather wipes clean after a messy prep day, which I appreciate more than I expected.

The pockets are deep and padded just right, so my heavier chef’s knife doesn’t shift around when I zip it shut. Leather feels sturdy enough to toss in the car trunk without worrying about the tools inside.
