Propud Shake Applepie 8x330ml

The 330ml cans are the perfect size to grab from the fridge when I need a quick energy boost without having to mix anything. The apple pie taste is surprisingly spot-on and not overly sweet, so it's become my go-to afternoon pick-me-up.

The apple pie flavor actually tastes like cinnamon and baked apple rather than fake sweetness, which surprised me. The 330ml cans are a good size for my bag, and having 8 in one pack means I don't run out midweek.

I've been grabbing one of these after workouts and the apple pie flavor is surprisingly close to the real thing. The 330ml can is just the right size to finish without feeling bloated.
