The texture blends into my morning smoothie without any grittiness, which surprised me for a ground seed powder. A solid plant-based fiber boost that keeps me full until lunch, exactly what I needed.

I add two scoops to my post-workout shake and it blends in without turning chalky, which surprised me. The fiber content keeps me full for hours and honestly helped my digestion more than I expected from a simple powder.
