SHORT GRAIN ITALIAN BROWN RICE 500g

The paper bag packaging is a nice change from the usual plastic, and it actually tears open cleanly without rice spilling everywhere. Cooked up nutty and tender in about 35 minutes, way better than the regular white stuff I used to buy.

Honestly didn’t expect the texture to be this good—each grain stays firm and separate, not mushy, even after a long simmer. The paper bag tears open cleanly and folds flat for recycling, which I appreciate since I go through rice weekly. Perfect sidekick for my weekday curries.

These paper bags are a huge win for my zero-waste kitchen routine. The rice itself cooks up with a nice, tender bite that worked perfectly as a simple side dish last night. I’ll definitely be grabbing another bag next time I’m shopping.
