I was surprised how sturdy the base feels even on carpet, and adjusting the height from 64 to 81 inches was easy enough for my teenager to do alone. The reaction bar adds a fun challenge that keeps me coming back.

The suction cups actually hold it steady on my garage floor, which I didn't expect for a free standing bag. I've been using the reaction bar for quick footwork drills between work calls and it's a solid little workout.

I'm 5'10" and the height adjustment on this thing was a lifesaver since my teenager uses it too. The reaction bar is what really sold me, way more fun than just pounding a heavy bag. Took me about 15 minutes to assemble and it hasn't budged since.
