The checkerboard pattern really pops against my black bag and the clip is solid metal, so I'm not worried about it snapping off when I grab my keys. I've been using it daily for two weeks now and it holds my wallet and keys securely without any wobble.

Clipped this to my backpack strap and it hasn't budged once through a whole semester of daily commutes. The clip opens wide enough to fit over thick webbing but still snaps shut tight.

Didn't expect the checkerboard pattern to be this sharp in person, and the clip itself feels solid enough to hold up to daily abuse. I've got it hooked to my backpack and it hasn't popped off once, even when I toss the bag around.
