ذا كارز، ريك أوكاسيك، لوس أنجلوس، 1980

The contrast in this print is spot-on — the shadows on Ric's jacket really make his expression pop. I’ve got it framed next to my turntable and it completely fits the vibe of that era.

The way Lynn Goldsmith captured Ric Ocasek’s intensity in that 1980 Los Angeles shot is exactly what I hoped for—it's moody, timeless, and instantly transports you to that era. The archival feel of the print makes it look like a gallery piece, not just a poster. I’ve already ordered a frame for it.

The print quality is stunning—the grain and shadow detail in his expression come through perfectly, and the 1980 Los Angeles setting really adds to the vibe. It’s a great conversation piece for any music fan’s wall.
