Caught a nasty cold right before a big training block, and this stuff got me through the worst of it without wrecking my stomach. The 28 doses in the pouch meant I could mix up just 100ml when I felt rough, which was perfect for sipping between naps.
The 28-dose pouch is a lifesaver when I’m training through a cold—each serving mixes quickly and tastes like a proper orange drink, not medicine. It’s been my go-to for keeping energy up without the jitters.
Sick mid-training-block and this pouch honestly saved me — the 28 doses meant I could mix a 100ml sip between sessions without wasting a full batch. The orange taste is mild enough that even with a sore throat I could get it down.
