Mia ★★★★★

The heat level is just right without being overwhelming, and the beans have a nice firm texture that holds up well. I keep a couple of cans in the cupboard for nights when I can't be bothered to cook but still want something proper.

Julian ★★★★★

Dinner was sorted in five minutes flat—just heated this up and it smelled like a proper Mexican kitchen. The beans hold their shape nicely and the sauce has a real kick, not just tomato paste pretending to be spicy. Glad I grabbed two cans.

Claire ★★★★★

Opened the can expecting a watery mess, but this is thick and chunky enough to eat straight from the bowl with a spoon. The organic beans hold their shape nicely and the Mexican-style sauce has a smoky depth that makes it feel like a proper meal, not a pantry afterthought.
