Bishan Wate je krásně výrazná etiopská promytá káva, plná šťavnaté bílé broskve a jemného bezového květu. 'Special preparation' promyté zpracování nabízí pozoruhodnou čistotu, hedvábnou texturu a elegantní květinová aromata, což z ní činí vynikající příklad etiopské specialty kávy.
The texture really is silky—almost creamy for a washed coffee—and that elderflower note comes through as a soft, floral lift on the finish. Brewed it as a pour-over and it stayed clear and bright from first sip to last.
That first sip hit me with white peach notes I didn’t even know coffee could have—it’s like drinking spring itself. The washed processing makes it feel almost silky on the tongue, and I’ve already ordered another bag.
The clarity on this one is unreal—I brewed it as a pour-over and the white peach note came through so bright and clean, like biting into the fruit itself. The elderflower adds this soft, floral finish that makes every sip feel delicate. Easily the most expressive Ethiopian I've had in months.
