The block-printed stripes have a slightly uneven edge that gives it real character, way nicer than a machine-printed pattern. The ruffle is a bit much at first but it softened up after a wash and now it's my favorite thing on the couch.

The linen has that lovely weighty, slightly nubby texture that only gets softer with time, and the red stripes are a deeper, warmer brick tone than the listing photo shows. I put it on my reading chair and it instantly made the whole corner feel more pulled together.
