The zipper glides smoothly and hasn't snagged once, even with coins rattling around inside. The plush is genuinely fluffy, not that stiff synthetic stuff, and it's the perfect size for tossing in my tote. My niece grabbed it immediately and now I need to order a second one.
The plush fabric is genuinely soft and the embroidered face is cute, but it's smaller than I pictured and barely fits my phone plus keys. Fine for coins and a few cards, just don't expect it to hold much.
