Biona Organic Coconut Milk Light obsahuje pouze 9 % tuku a nabízí lehčí alternativu k našemu klasickému kokosovému mléku.
Swapped my usual full-fat can for this light version and honestly can't taste the difference in my morning oatmeal. The 9% fat means I can use it daily without it feeling heavy, and the six-pack lasts me nearly a month.
For lighter curries and smoothies this hits the sweet spot—the 9% fat keeps the texture creamy without that heavy coating on the palate. Each 400ml carton lasted me through several batches, and the organic taste comes through clean and subtly sweet.
Those cartons keep surprisingly well in the pantry, so I always grab a few when I'm stocking up. The 9% fat level still gives soups and curries that creamy coconut body without feeling heavy, and the subtle sweetness comes through just right.
