Glass Pencil Ornament

I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the glass feels despite the delicate pencil shape. The colorful detail really pops against the rest of my simple ornaments.

Bought this for my sister who teaches third grade and she actually teared up hanging it on her classroom tree. The glass has a nice weight to it and the painted wood-grain detail on the barrel looks like a real No. 2 pencil.

The glass pencil looks great on my tree, the painted yellow body and pink eraser really pop against the green branches. Only thing is it's a bit heavier than my other ornaments, so I had to use a sturdier hook.
