The heart pendant is a nice size—7mm feels substantial without being flashy, and the white sapphire catches light beautifully. I do wish the chain were a touch longer for layering, but the 18k gold over recycled sterling silver has held up well so far.
The 7mm heart stone is a nice size, not too tiny but not gaudy either. I've worn it daily for two weeks and the gold plating still looks fine, though the chain does tangle a bit if I sleep in it.
