The textile upholstery has this nubby, warm texture that's way more inviting than leather, and the curved back actually supports my lower back during long reading sessions. Sat in it for a full afternoon and never once felt like shifting around.

The frame is what sold me, solid wood with joinery you can actually feel when you run a hand along the armrest. I've been reading in it every evening since it arrived and my back doesn't ache the way it did in my old chair. Worth the wait.
